This policy explains what data is collected on mon-caviste.fr, how it is used and what your rights are under the GDPR.
Data collected
We collect only:
- Age confirmation — the key
mon-caviste-age-okis stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This is not a cookie: the value never reaches our servers and is never attached to a request. - Analytics preference — the key
mon-caviste-cookie-consentstores your choice, also inlocalStorageand on the same basis.
Newsletter
If — and only if — you fill in the sign-up form, we collect:
- Your email address, in order to send you the letter.
- Proof of your consent: the fact that you ticked the box, the exact date and time, the language of the form and the wording you accepted. The GDPR requires us to be able to demonstrate that consent; that is what this record is for.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a). No sign-up happens without a ticked box, and the box is never pre-ticked.
Recipient: this data is held by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris), our sending provider, acting as a processor under the GDPR and using it for no other purpose. Brevo privacy policy.
Duration: your address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email; your address and the associated proof of consent are deleted at that point.
Outside this form, the site collects no email address.
Affiliate links and third parties
This site contains links to Vinatis (through the Awin platform). When you click these links, tracking cookies may be placed by those third parties under their own policies. We have no access to that data.

Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect technical data (IP address, access logs) for security and performance purposes. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access to your personal data
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure (the right to be forgotten)
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability

Retention period
Local storage keys have no expiry date: they remain until you clear your browsing data.
Newsletter subscribers' email addresses and the associated proof of consent are kept until they unsubscribe, then deleted. Apart from these two cases, no personal data is retained.
