Mon Caviste is an editorial site recommending French wine. It presents a selection of wines organised by region and by type, together with links to partner merchant sites. Mon Caviste sells no product directly: every purchase takes place on the partner merchant's site (in particular Vinatis), under that merchant's own terms of sale.
Article 2 — Access to the site
The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. In accordance with the regulations on advertising for alcoholic beverages, access to the content is subject to confirmation that you are of legal age (18 or over).
Article 3 — Affiliate links
This site contains affiliate links. When you click a link to a partner site (in particular Vinatis) and make a purchase, Mon Caviste may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. These links are clearly identifiable on the site. For further details, see our legal notice.

All elements of the site (text, layout, structure, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.

Displayed prices are indicative; only the prices shown on the partner merchant's site at the time of purchase are binding.
Mon Caviste may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site or from the purchase of products on partner sites.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. Mon Caviste exercises no control over those sites and disclaims all liability as to their content, their practices or their privacy policy.
Article 7 — Responsible consumption
Excessive drinking is harmful to health. Please drink responsibly. The sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. Mon Caviste undertakes to comply with the applicable regulations on advertising for alcoholic beverages (the loi Évin).
